We did a big project---master bed/bath, kitchen, dining,
powder room, etc. And through it all, Loren and crew were
great to work with.(even starting with the bid process where
Loren was quite competitive) Now that we're living in our
new space, we get an up close look at the quality of his
work. We are very pleased with the finished product. His
crew did excellent work. Special kudos to his master
carpenter, Jerry who was superb...and great to have around
for 3 months. The kids "almost" miss him. We would be
remiss if we didn't mention our designer, Joan Pregler. She
helped craft the vision for this innovative project. We
love it and recommend both Loren and Joan highly.

It has now been one month since we moved into our new home,
and now that we are more or less settled we wanted to take a
moment to express our appreciation for the wonderful job you
all did. From beginning conceptual design, to the finishing
details, you have always exceeded our expectations. You
made it look easy. As a building professional myself, I
know how much work goes into "making it look easy"! We had
great fun working with all of you and if we did not love
this house so much, we would be ready to build another one
tomorrow.
Many of our friends and colleagues have told us how much
they like our house and that it was their favorite in the
entire Parade of Homes. That kind of praise is indicative
of the high quality product you produced and is evident to
anyone who sees the house. For us personally, more than the
finished product, the process of working with each and every
one of you was just fantastic. Not only should you be proud
of the house you built, but also the way in which you
accomplished it!

What a joy to work with Loren, Debbie and their colleagues!
Our home was completed on schedule and everyone who helped
build our house was a highly skilled craftsman. The
attention to detail and quality construction exceeded our
high expectations. Thanks to their hard work, our dream home
has become a reality.
Our dream home began with a detailed list sent to Joan
Pregler Design Associates. We wanted a home with open
architecture and lots of light. Joan was not only a gifted
and creative designer, but also a good listnener who put our
ideas into the blueprints. We can't believe how beautiful
our house is. We could not be happier with the results.

We could not be happier with every aspect of the kitchen and
half-bath which your outstanding crews created for us. We
appreciated your personal oversight and visits along with
the high standards of work that you require of everyone who
works for you. I recall that before the work began, you
assured us that by the end of the project we would have only
fond memories of the whole process. That sounded hopeful...
And, amazingly, you were right! The dust and disorder have
disappeared in our memory and we simply enjoy the pleasure
